Subject: [PATCH] Update git submodules

* Update extensions/OATHAuth from branch 'REL1_43'
  to 6823c915324478b377177366c9cc035d341f8aa1
  - Allow injecting services to Modules

    And as a bonus tweak OATHModuleRegistry error handling.
