* Update extensions/ConfirmEdit from branch 'REL1_43'
  to cb1daa6f6f3fc058b791f2d867f2598014c568af
  - Remove internal $wgCaptcha singleton
    
    The static variable $instanceCreated is not needed anymore. Instead,
    the singleton is stored there instead.
    
    The docs for "wgCaptcha" in extension.json were incorrect, since
    wgCaptchaClass is how the module is configured.
