  - Merge "Handle RevisionedUnresolvedRedirectException" into REL1_43
  - Handle RevisionedUnresolvedRedirectException
    
    MathWikibaseConnector::fetchPageUrl() calls
    EntityRevisionLookup::getEntityRevision() which might
    throw two different exceptions types.
    * Add the previously unhandled exception type
      RevisionedUnresolvedRedirectException
      to the existing exception handler
