Added a comment about WMF wikis.
Keeping maintenance/interwiki.{list,sql} in sync now.
They can be compared with
diff maintenance/interwiki.list <( sed 's/),//' maintenance/interwiki.sql | sed "s/[(')]//g" | tr , \| )

A bit of cleanup to the default interwiki list. Removed some long-dead entries (just confirmed the ones already marked as dead), and added doi: as an additional default IW prefix.

Add basic support for table prefixes to the installer. (Probably will fail on upgrades yet.) .sql files should still be usable 'raw' on a wiki with no prefix.

speeds up access for English links. Also fixing link for

Move interwiki management from big ugly array into the database, with

memcached backing. Second 'wikipedia-interwiki.sql' has Wikipedia's
local interlanguage URLs.
