the login page (it was fetched but never used).

This fixes Bug#800712.

a3d16adadd Reduced the scope of the hideminor user preference to just recent 
changes (bug #845036). User contributions and related changes now
ignore this preference.

Also, fixed a problem where the show/hide minor edits link wasn't
appearing on recent changes and related changes. Made sure that the
param gets passed through with all the links.

Made sure that user contributions also had a show/hide minor edits
thing, and that minor edits are flagged with the M (or whatever) in
user contributions.

9ead07fe9c Instead of just giving an error message on login if a session cookie 
is not detected, we now do a redirect. Some scripts and other tools go
straight to the login page, so they wouldn't have a cookie. If the
redirect cookie check fails, returns an appropriate message for new
accounts or for login.

Also, added two new messages to the language file, for cookie-check errors.

22cdb40a4e Updates to watchlist: 
* Dump fixed number cutoff in favor of stricter time cutoff
* Try to guess which of two ways of doing the query will be
  more efficient
* Default time cutoff of 1 hour to minimize database thrashing
  for large watchlists...
* Add option to show the raw list and remove as many as you
  like in one go.

c6879704ab Move file cache functions into CacheManager class (in CacheManager.php) 
and add support for showing the cached version of a page if unable to
contact the database.

Also add 'Vary: Accept-Encoding' to headers for every output, just to
make sure.

98c8698ddb 1) Stylesheet changes: 
- smaller headlines in standard skin
   - slightly smaller font for menu links
   - headlines have thin gray underline
   - thinner borders
   - footer in blue box
2) Skin changes:
   - changed default color for non-article pages
   - removed "Special pages" dropdown -- takes space,
     causes display bugs and is hardly used
3) Preferences:
   - put all checkbox prefs in a table so they are
     properly aligned
4) Section editing:
   - new option for editing sections by right clicking
     titles (onContextMenu); works in Mozilla & IE
   - new functionality for appending text to pages, currently
     displayed only for Talk pages as "Post a comment"
     (summary field becomes comment subject)
