This patch introduces a new namespace declaration,
MediaWiki\Xml and adds Xml and XmlSelect to it
and establishes class aliases marked as deprecated
since version 1.43.

This patch enables use of a Codex component for the following
HTMLFormFields:
- HTMLExpiryField
- HTMLSelectAndOtherField
- HTMLSelectField
- HTMLSelectOrOtherField
It also adds a new public static method to HTMLTextField that
takes in attributes and returns the HTML for a Codex text input.
Note that the Codex CSS-only Select does not yet support an
error state, so this has not been implemented here.

Allow HTMLForm uses to specify a minlength attribute for text based
inputs. This includes the SelectOrOther field but does not include
the SelectAndOther field as further work would be needed to
achieve that because a custom javascript function to validate that
the length of the selected item and the other field is above the
minimum required.

This patch introduces HTMLTimezoneField, an HTMLForm field type that
allows the user to select a timezone, either from a geographic zone, by
manually entering an offset, or using the wiki/browser default. This
logic is extracted from DefaultPreferencesFactory so that it can be
reused elsewhere.
The widget itself is really just an HTMLSelectOrOtherField, it's just
the list of options and the JS logic that is special.

There were several inconsistencies in how ID vs cssclass vs own classes
were applied, both within the same widget + mode, between different
modes for the same widget, and different widgets. So uniform all of them
according to the plan detailed on phabricator. Include
HTMLSelectAndOtherField as well (that wasn't mentioned on phab) for
consistency. Also remove the select-or-other class from
HTMLAutoCompleteSelectField (which was only applied in HTML mode), since
the widget is not technically a SelectOrOther.
Adjust the logic in selectorother.js so that it works fine in HTML mode,
and disable it for OOUI mode since SelectWithInputWidget does that
already (and the field is autoinfused).
Also, in HTMLAutoCompleteSelectField, don't assign an array to
$this->mClass. This happens to be working right now, but it violates the
type definition of the property.
Luckily, according to codesearch this change seems to be
backwards-compatible because these fields are not commonly used, and
nobody seems to be passing cssclass to them.

Alters the SelectWithInput to allow a required config to be passed from a
parent widget. Also handles the required state dynamically. If the widget is
an OR widget, then only the select dropdown is required. The text input will
be required when the other option is selected. If the widget is an AND widget
then both the select dropdown and the text input will be required.

…also HTMLSelectAndOtherField and HTMLSelectOrOtherField now
pass the 'disabled' field when creating the input widget.
The OOUI versions of these HTMLFormFields would get enabled
right after infusion even they were disabled in PHP. This
makes sure that they remain disabled.

Replace with: '\1 ?? '
(Everywhere except includes/PHPVersionCheck.php)
(Then, manually fix some line length and indentation issues)
Then manually reviewed the replacements for cases where confusing
operator precedence would result in incorrect results

'Mediawiki\Widget\SelectWithInputWidget' is the only one that shows up
in the logs, but I tidied up a few others I came across.

Set the ID on the main widget (mw.widgets.SelectWithInputWidget), so
that it can be infused by ID.
The dropdown/textbox by themselves can't be infused individually,
therefore IDs on them are pretty useless; remove those where they're
not necessary.
Follow-up to 8bd6605736.

It's getting more difficult to navigate the files in includes/htmlform/
with every new field and every new helper class that is being added.
