22f6120459 * Add 'reupload' and 'reupload-shared' permission keys to restrict new 
uploads overwriting existing files; default is the old behavior (allowed).

efe7338b08 * Reverting back to 1.115, not inserting {{ and }} automatically means that the 
license selector can be used to insert arbitary text, not just templates,
  this doesn't break it either since you just have to change the entries in
  MediaWiki:Licenses from e.g:
    * GFDL|GNU Free Documentation License
  to:
    * {{GFDL}}|GNU Free Documentation License
  to get the same functionality as before

e0ce5a322e * links and brokenlinks tables merged to pagelinks; this will reduce pain 
dealing with moves and deletes of widely-linked pages.

The updaters should be fixed up to understand future versions without the
tables there without breaking upgrades.

04b79884fb * Improved the debug output of retrieveExifData() 
* Implemented the Exif::version() check, if the version in the stored metadata
  does not match the current version the exif data is regenerated and the
  current version saved in the metadata. Ensured that old images are updated
  in the future if the output format is changed.

5cfa89d97b * Adding wfSuppressWarnings() before the Exif validation, some of the type
