04ed0aadf7 Revert r25958 and r25959 for now. 
Even if we wanted to make the order of fields in a form language-dependent (which I'm not very comfortable with), this seems an odd way to do it. It introduces an unnecessary HTML message which could be broken in interesting ways and generally strikes me as odd.

949876a196 Reverting r25772 for now. 
The local language names as title are a cute feature, but a few problems:
* It only seems to use the values for the content language for this, though UI language would be more appropriate.
* A hojillion wfMsg() calls are made when Names.php is loaded, which feels kind of icky to me. Would trigger message cache initialization early and does a lot of extra calls not needed 99% of the time.
I'd rather only load values when required.

d03e2e31d7 * (bug 11179) Include image version deletion comment in public log 
Append comment, if present, to the deletedrevision text. This matches undeletion behavior.
To pretty that up, removed the final period from the default deletedrevision message; it didn't look good with the following colon, and even when alone it's inconsistent with other usage, we usually don't have a period there.

b0a4033017 Some naming cleanup of the filename prefix blacklist added in r25620: 
* Dropped a redundant if(count()) around a foreach().
* Renamed SpecialUpload::getFilenamePrefix() to getFilenamePrefixBlacklist(), since it returns a blacklist of filename prefixes, not the prefix of a filename. :)
* Renamed some local variables to match
* Renamed 'filename-prefix' message to 'filename-bad-prefix' and 'filename-prefix-list' to 'filename-prefix-blacklist' to clarify usage.

946720a9e4 Revert bug 10347 stuff -- too-big, too-prominent, too-technical subtitle slapped on every protected page. 
This needs more work before going into trunk, which you'll remember is *what is live at any given time* except when we've got a problem going on.

23767188c9 Separate date and time in new 'filerevert-intro', 'filerevert-defaultcomment' and 'filerevert-success' messages to allow a better localization. 
It's always a mess to localize with timestamps, at least in German :-(

4a3a2e7cc0 * Removing redundant watchlist edit/clear links 
* Renaming 'watchdetails' -> 'watchlist-details' incl. all localizations, some had still the old parameters $2-$4 (since ages removed from MessagesEn)
* Removing parameters $2 (seems useless/crap) and $3 (marked already as remove-TODO) from SpecialWatchlist.php and as stated above unsed since ages
* Removing 'watchall1' too, now unused
