To generate a user-dependent cache key it makes sense to pass
a reference to the user object, since $wgUser is deprecated.

The function is not used in core or in any extension in git,
and the PageRenderingHash hook in User::getPageRenderingHash
is not used in any extension. (note the hook still exists
in ParserOptions).

The math specific functions in core are not needed
anymore and should be removed in future versions.
Math can access these settings in the same way as
all other extensions do.
Since Math 2.0 the rendered element has the property
"markerType" => 'nowiki'

It no longer produces inconsistent link tables, that was fixed
in r89706 by setting the parser to the default language when
saving, and then when viewing it might reparse for a different
uselang if needed (without saving link updates).
Of course, that isn't pretty and it should still be discouraged.

Remove $wgUseDynamicDates and everything related to it.
I left DateFormatter::reformat() alone, since it might possibly be
used elsewhere, and to be honest I'm afraid to touch it.

To prevent large template DOM caches from sending servers into swap,
throw an exception when more than some number of DOM elements are
parsed. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to return a normal error
message, because it broke PST and extractSections and corrupted the
article text. It's safer to refuse to save the edit, and we don't
have decent ways to do that short of throwing an exception.
Ideally we would like to have an upstream patch that hooks libxml to
allocate memory from PHP's request pool, then a fatal error would be
raised instead of swapping.

Doing this allows skins to override doEditSectionLinks without poluting the parser cache or fragmenting the parser cache more.
As a side effect it eliminates the primary cause of user language based parser cache fragmentation.
Because this makes most old parser cache entries invalid $wgUseEditSectionTokens is provided so that large installations like Wikipedia can keep their old parser cache entries.

Move the "No edit section it's printable" from Parser to Article.
This leaves getIsPrintable() unused. Left there for extensions (none seems to be using it, could be removed).
The "even if the user has them on" comment wasn't accurate. The user preference only controls them via CSS.
Anyway, it would work as expected now if it got moved into ParserOptions. The setEditSection() no longer set it to true.
Remove the quickUserCan( 'edit' ) which is just a hidden way of calling $wgUser from the Parser to be explicitely
done in Article to disable the editsection. This results in quickUserCan being called once instead of twice if $wgUseETag == true;.
* Extended the return interface for tag hooks in a way analogous to the one for parser functions, allowing <nowiki> and <html> to specify that they want to be in the nowiki replacement array instead of the general replacement array.
* Removed ParserOptions::setUseTeX() and related. If <math> is going to be registered in firstCallInit(), then it needs to be stable across multiple parser calls and not change based on parser options. Only one extension caller.

* Wrote a tool to check the integrity of the autoloader class list, fixed some issues that came up.
* Start the autoloader before LocalSettings.php, so that when an extension writer thinks an inefficient one-file special page extension is the way to go, they don't have to use explicit includes to make the class inheritance work. Should continue to work with $IP set in LocalSettings.php as long as $IP is set before extensions are included.
