tested for stubs, text, logging with and without start/end values,
with and without orderrevs, seems to work as expected, with the
appropriate changes to the query.

Followup patch for I2473ee119c185d1b2b00ac4b1e70ee8a6cafe4a3,
which broke the --pagelist option for dumpBackup.
Somehow this slipped by in review.

Use the Maintenance class's new $orderedOptions and support for
passing options multiple times. This allows for option "chaining".
The BackupDumper and TextPassDumper class now extend Maintenance, but
should continue to function as before. The public function processArgs()
has been removed and replaced by processOptions(), which takes no
parameters. It is unlikely that users of these classes were calling
processArgs.
Inheritors of these classes that overrode processOption() will now need to
override processOptions() and use Maintenance::getOption() and friends.
The maintenance/backupTextPass.inc file has been deleted. Users should
include maintenance/dumpTextPass.php instead.

Follows-up I1343872de7, Ia533aedf63 and I2df2f80b81.
Also updated usage in text in documentation and the
installer LocalSettingsGenerator.
Most of them were handled by this regex:
- find: (require|include|require_once|include_once)\s*\(\s*(.+?)\s*\)\s*;$
- replace: $1 $2;

We can now do this since we finally switched to PHP 5.3 for MW 1.20 and get rid of the silly dirname(__FILE__) stuff :)

The user table is not dumped by that tool. The warning notice makes it clear
and will avoid someone having some trouble recovering his precious private
data.
Doxygen documentation update:
* Changed alls @addtogroup to @ingroup. @addtogroup adds the comment to the group description, but doesn't add the file, class, function, ... to the group like @ingroup does. See for example http://svn.wikimedia.org/doc/group__SpecialPage.html where it's impossible to see related files, classes, ... that should belong to that group.
* Added @file to file description, it seems that it should be explicitely decalred for file descriptions, otherwise doxygen will think that the comment document the first class, variabled, function, ... that is in that file.
* Removed some empty comments
* Removed some ?>
Added following groups:
* ExternalStorage
* JobQueue
* MaintenanceLanguage
One more thing: there are still a lot of warnings when generating the doc.
Some issues:
* doesn't respond to the current v full-history modes
* won't pick up file entries with no corresponding page
* on default config, you may end up with 'localhost' in URLs :P
* synchronization and mutability problems
** DB lookups are made in the middle of the dump and may not be in sync with state at the beginning of the dump.
** URL to current version at time of dump could point to a different, future version in future
* Fix some scripts that assumed include_path was set with various additional directories
Stuff now seems to mostly work when not overriding include_path.
Taking that out of LocalSettings is the next step... whee!
* Deleted DatabaseMysql.php, no longer necessary, database classes are autoloaded.
* Moved wfGetMimeMagic() to MimeMagic::singleton()
* Fixed a couple of __CLASS__.'::'.__FUNCTION__ things.
* Data dump 'prefetch' mode to read normalized text from a prior dump
(requires PHP 5, XMLReader extension)
Maybe these will keep dammit from killing our dump runs...
dump importer script (importDump.php). Can read from stdin or from file
on command-line (file can be auto-decompressed if gzip and zlib support).
Still needs some work, but basically functions.
multiple-revision pulls
* Special:Export now includes page, revision, and user id numbers by
default (previously this was disabled for no particular reason)
* dumpBackup.php can dump the full database to Export XML, with current
revisions only or complete histories.
