Kunal Mehta	eb37e9d1ff	Introduce SkinFactory ... Modeled similar to ConfigFactory, this lets skins register themselves via a callback, allowing for proper dependency injection. Loading via $wgValidSkinNames is still supported, but considered "legacy", not deprecated though.
