61bc10203f Various improvements to interwiki transclusion. Introduced {{raw:..}}, to force raw transclusion when subst: isn't in use. 5e75e987bf * Add cache-safe alternate sitenotice for anonymous users. (MediaWiki:Anonnotice 
This is displayed instead of the regular sitenotice, if it exists. If not, the regular sitenotice shows. If that doesn't exist, the value of $wgSiteNotice is used, and if that's null, then nothing is shown.

3fb4e8c826 Major update! Adding SpecialFilelist.php to replace both SpecialNewimages.php and SpecialImagelist.php 
The latter ones have been bend to load SpecialFilelist with a parameter to simulate
 the respective behaviour.
SpecialFilelist uses mostly code from SpecialNewimages, but also from SpecialImagelist. Internally, it uses a class to structure code and handle parameters
 better than its predecessors.
If somethings breaks, Newimages and Imagelist can be restored by outcommenting the new part (everything before the OBSOLETE line) and removing the OLD_ from the function name.
If Filelist turns out to work, please remove the obsolete parts in the other two files.

6b7ef22b7b Fix for bug 4469: Implement MediaWiki:<namespace>:Sitenotice 
MediaWiki:Namespacebanner contains the "base name", to which the name of the namespace is appended, like "basename-namespace". By default the base name is also "Namespacebanner" to add confusion. In namespace names, spaces are replaced by "-" (due to some weird message handling bug).
So the namespace-specific notice messages loke like:
"Namespacebanner-" (main namespace)
"Namespacebanner-Talk" (Talk namespace)
"Namespacebanner-MediaWiki-talk" (for MediaWiki_talk)

81217f55a0 * Added templatelinks table. The table currently represents a literal list of templates included from each article. That is, the table contains pages which were actually loaded during parsing, not the markup which went into resolving their names. 
* Ended the role of $wgLinkCache in link updates. Instead, links (and related entities) are registered in the ParserOutput object during a parse. The LinksUpdate constructor now takes a ParserOutput object as a parameter. $wgLinkCache is still used, but only as a cache of article IDs.
* Because the link list is now saved and restored in the parser cache, meta tag keywords now work on parser cache hits. Some refactoring took place in this area.
* Rendering of the HTML for category links has moved from Parser to OutputPage.
* Did some general pottering around in Article.php, such as allowing an Article object to be created with a specified revision ID, thereby optionally removing the dependence on $wgRequest. Not used at the current time.
* A few documentation tweaks.

cf21f89a4e Hack to make page rendering hashes for users who have set their preferences the same as for those who haven't. The numberheadings option didn't have a default, which meant it was initialised to false, but it's set to zero when the preferences are saved. 7a526a7784 removed formatnum() call from time(), which was breaking time formats for example in Swedish. 
If this breaks something else, it's up to those languages to subclass time function or formatnum is broken in the first place

f91b4ac832 Remove "info"-toolbar. This used to be shown for browsers which don't 
support retrieving text selections in a textarea. It prompted the user for
text and put the resulting wiki-markup in a textfield for copy&pasting.
However, this behavior confused many users, so the toolbar is now only shown
for browsers which fully support it (presently IE and Gecko).

Someone with some more time at their hands may want to experiment with the
latest versions of Konqueror, Safari and Opera to determine whether they
support retrieving selections so we can enable the full toolbar for those
browsers.

6f32e27ac3 Bug #1956: Hide bot uploads in Special:Newimages 
This should work with any user/group setup. It should also interact cleanly
with the other Special:Newimages functions (paging, searching, most recent
uploads).
