Thalia	cd3c40095c	Pass allowEditTags config through to multiselect widgets ... TitlesMultiselectWidget and NamespacesMultiselectWidget both default to false, meaning click-to-edit on the tags is disabled. Allow this to be overridden from the corresponding PHP form fields.
