2668b94a5a Do not use UTSysop directly in auth tests
These tests are all making two assumptions:
- That the sysop test account exists
- That its name is UTSysop

Both assumptions happen to be true right now, but the first one will no
longer be after change I30861742. The second one will probably remain
true for a while, but still, tests shouldn't rely on this implementation
detail when possible.

If a test needs an exiting test user, it should call getTestUser /
getTestSysop.

Use mocks or different usernames where the user actually doesn't matter,
e.g. in non-Database tests where UTSysop already doesn't exist.

Auth: Introduce several AuthManager session keys as constants
This patch introduces session keys as constants as they repeat across
this class but are the same strings. Making them as constants will ensure
they're the same across usage and avoid errors.

If we ever want to change this key in the future, we can just change the
value of the constant and no need to change all occurrences in the entire
file.

== Introduces ==
+ AUTHN_STATE
+ ACCOUNT_CREATION_STATE
+ ACCOUNT_LINK_STATE
+ AUTOCREATE_BLOCKLIST

NOTE: Constants created as public but marked as internal to be used by
relevant tests in core.

be3018b268 Just another 80 or so PHPStorm inspection fixes (#4)
* Unnecessary regex modifier. I agree with this inspection which flags
  /s modifiers on regexes that don't use a dot.
* Property declared dynamically.
* Unused local variable. But it's acceptable for an unused local
  variable to take the return value of a method under test, when it is
  being tested for its side-effects. And it's acceptable for an unused
  local variable to document unused list expansion elements, or the
  nature of array keys in a foreach.

9e6e3f8d08 Inline a few more trivial createMock() calls in tests
createMock() is still relatively new. This code was using more
complicated mock builders before. This was changed just recently.
createMock() is now so short, the extra helper methods don't make
the code more readable, I would argue.

3a150275de Implement injecting of dependencies to an AuthenticationProvider
init() method was added to AuthenticationProvider. It helps to inject
dependecies. Overridable postInitSetup() method was added to
AbstractAuthenticationProvider. A provider can override this to do
any necessary setup.
AbstractAuthenticationProvider ::setLogger(), ::setManager(), ::setConfig(),
::setHookContainer() were soft deprecated. Now developers must use
AbstractAuthenticationProvider::init().

b95a07380a Remove meaningless ->expects( $this->any() ) from all tests
It is not entirely meaningless. It might be an indicator that
the number of calls to a method is intentionally unlimited.
This is similar to e.g. an @inheritDoc PHPDoc comment that
marks a method as being "intentionally undocumented".

However, what's the meaning of being "intentionally
unconstrained"? Let's just not have any constraint then.

I feel all these ->expects( $this->any() ) bloat the test
code so much that it's never worth it.

40764d277c Replace PHPUnit ->returnValue() with ->willReturn() shortcut
It's the same and makes the test code much more readable, I
would like to argue.

Because of the was I split all the changes I made into smaller
patches this patch contains some other changes in the same
lines where I could not split them off. E.g. removal of
->any(), which is the default anyway and doesn't do anything.

2ebb44eac4 Convert AuthManager to Authority: step 1.
Cut the explicit dependency on PermissionManager

There's still a few ends we need to cut before converting
the method parameters to Authority, but that can be done
in followup steps.

68c433bd23 Hooks::run() call site migration
Migrate all callers of Hooks::run() to use the new
HookContainer/HookRunner system.

General principles:
* Use DI if it is already used. We're not changing the way state is
  managed in this patch.
* HookContainer is always injected, not HookRunner. HookContainer
  is a service, it's a more generic interface, it is the only
  thing that provides isRegistered() which is needed in some cases,
  and a HookRunner can be efficiently constructed from it
  (confirmed by benchmark). Because HookContainer is needed
  for object construction, it is also needed by all factories.
* "Ask your friendly local base class". Big hierarchies like
  SpecialPage and ApiBase have getHookContainer() and getHookRunner()
  methods in the base class, and classes that extend that base class
  are not expected to know or care where the base class gets its
  HookContainer from.
* ProtectedHookAccessorTrait provides protected getHookContainer() and
  getHookRunner() methods, getting them from the global service
  container. The point of this is to ease migration to DI by ensuring
  that call sites ask their local friendly base class rather than
  getting a HookRunner from the service container directly.
* Private $this->hookRunner. In some smaller classes where accessor
  methods did not seem warranted, there is a private HookRunner property
  which is accessed directly. Very rarely (two cases), there is a
  protected property, for consistency with code that conventionally
  assumes protected=private, but in cases where the class might actually
  be overridden, a protected accessor is preferred over a protected
  property.
* The last resort: Hooks::runner(). Mostly for static, file-scope and
  global code. In a few cases it was used for objects with broken
  construction schemes, out of horror or laziness.

Constructors with new required arguments:
* AuthManager
* BadFileLookup
* BlockManager
* ClassicInterwikiLookup
* ContentHandlerFactory
* ContentSecurityPolicy
* DefaultOptionsManager
* DerivedPageDataUpdater
* FullSearchResultWidget
* HtmlCacheUpdater

* RevisionStoreFactory
* SearchEngineConfig
* SearchEngineFactory
* SearchFormWidget
* SearchNearMatcher

setHookContainer() now required after construction:
* AuthenticationProvider
* ResourceLoaderModule

0a2b996278 Separate MediaWiki unit and integration tests
This changeset implements T89432 and related tickets and is based on exploration
done at the Prague Hackathon. The goal is to identify tests in MediaWiki core
that can be run without having to install & configure MediaWiki and its dependencies,
and provide a way to execute these tests via the standard phpunit entry point,
allowing for faster development and integration with existing tooling like IDEs.

The initial set of tests that met these criteria were identified using the work Amir did in
I88822667693d9e00ac3d4639c87bc24e5083e5e8. These tests were then moved into a new subdirectory
under phpunit/ and organized into a separate test suite. The environment for this suite
is set up via a PHPUnit bootstrap file without a custom entry point.

You can execute these tests by running:
$ vendor/bin/phpunit -d memory_limit=512M -c tests/phpunit/unit-tests.xml

9bb2875e2e AuthManager fixups around the login→RESTART→create flow
* ApiQueryAuthManagerInfo will differentiate between preserved linking
  data and a preserved createRequest.
* ApiQueryAuthManagerInfo will indicate the preserved username, if any,
  because the client will have to pass that back to action=createaccount.
* ApiClientLogin won't tell about the confusing
  CreateFromLoginAuthenticationRequest returned on RESTART responses.
* Explain how 'preservestate' works in ApiAMCreateAccount's auto-doc.
* ConfirmLinkSecondaryAuthenticationProvider will filter out requests
  that can no longer be used (i.e. if it was for linking the account
  that got used for creation).
* All the complicated code in AuthManager::beginAccountCreation() was
  trying to deal with allowing the client to pass only the
  CreateFromLoginAuthenticationRequest. That was dumb, removed it.
* Added methods to CreateFromLoginAuthenticationRequest to indicate its
  status with respect to different kinds of preserved state.
* Increase accuracy of the AuthenticationResponse::$createRequest doc.
