Daimona Eaytoy	2a0de02aab	phpunit: Avoid TestUser in non-database tests ... TestUser creates the user and therefore needs the database. Avoid using it in non-database tests. Add ApiQueryBlockInfoTraitTest to the Database group because it needs the database.
