002fb024b0 * (bug 21403) memcached class renamed to MWMemecached to avoid conflict with PHP's memcached extension 
* Put MemCachedClientforWiki in memcached-client.php so that maintenance/mctest.php doesn't crash when $wgMainCacheType is not CACHE_MEMCACHED

07efbeb8ae * Fixed XSS vulnerability introduced by r49833. Only pre-release versions of MediaWiki were affected. 
* Refactored the IE script entry point security check into WebRequest::isPathInfoBad(). Use the standard CGI variable PATH_INFO to do this check instead of the various potential non-standard solutions. Made the check fairly permissive to avoid a repeat of bug 13049 due to broken CGI setups especially with cgi.fix_pathinfo=0. This should theoretically be very portable and secure, but I have not tested it widely.
* Removed Chris Wrinn from the credits since his patch was wrong and has been removed.
* Made the error message more informative.

2ea241d23f Add legend and tooltips to explain RC flags 
Based on a patch submitted by svip on IRC.  I also changed the <span>
for unpatrolled into an <abbr>, and created a new message in case anyone
wants to localize !, for the sake of uniformity.

5e57735622 * (bug 19957) All known-failing tests now marked disabled; added --run-disabled option to parser test suite to run disabled tests if desired. 
Based on Dan Nessett's patch set.
I put back one of the test cases which does, in fact, work at least on my config. :)

This looks pretty funky...

  A page with the title Main Page already exists. Would you like to edit the existing page?

Lack of interlinking tools means that this would promote creation of orphan pages, and the UI isn't very good. Doesn't seem to be a clear way to disable it in favor of alternate creation methods either.

* Tangentially, can $wgFeedClasses be moved from Defines to DefaultSettings? Seems to make more sense in the latter.
