062ea7d31e * Changing errorpage() so that it outputs with addWikiText() instead of 
addHTML(), also changed all the messages that use it from HTML to wikitext.

9b06a36f4a * (bug 1207) splitting 'all', into recentchangesall, imagelistall, 
watchlistall1, watchlistall2, contributionsall to accommodate inflicted
  languages. ( perl -pi -e "s/^['\"]all['\"].*//gs" * is useful =)

9ea27c3141 Don't force edit encoding when LanguageEo.php is loaded; defer until $wgContLang initialization. 
This makes editing work on other languages with UI language set to Esperanto in preferences.

5c65524a10 removed sectionedit and commentedit messages. Replaced by editingsection and editingcomment messages. 
Should be easier to translate for languages that want to have the (section) somewhere else than at the end

378b5e5406 Mass search and replace remaining wfLocalUrl() and wfLocalUrlE() 
with {{localurle:}}. Note however that these should eventually
be replaced with [[wikilinks]]. Some messages may still need
to be fixed in the code to parse it however.

8261be47dd Remove obsolete searchhelppage link from dberrortext. 
Search queries should never cause SQL errors! The new mysql4 code at least is fairly robust.

63e77be968 Folding searchhelppage and searchingwikipedia into normal wikitext in searchresulttext. 
Cleaned up some hard-coded 'Wikipedia' values and old-style $wgSitename/$wgMetaNamespace, but there are still hard-coded values with localized Wikipedia spellings that my quick script didn't catch. These should be edited manually...

796fec1321 Fixes for the edit help popup link: 
* Now works w/ JavaScript disabled
* Doesn't override window chrome to make things unusable
* Doesn't hardcode window dimensions
* Notifies the user that it'll be a popup (new msg 'newwindow')

(The link is a popup because IE and perhaps other browsers will destroy
the edited page text if you go to another page then hit 'back'.)
