The name of the test class and method as well as the @covers tags already explain well enough which code a test is testing. Repeating this does not provide additional information. Bill Pirkle	0584339f5e	Added non-parallel fallback to MultiHttpClient when curl is unavailable ... If the curl extension is not available, fall back to the existing HttpRequestFactory and associated classes. Also added related phpunit tests.
