Why: - Since we re-distribute a Swagger bundle that includes all the libraries, we should also supply the licenses associated with these libraries. - See https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-ui/issues/8317 What: - Create a directory containing the relevant OSI licenses. - Create a list of all the libraries included in Swagger UI and their respective licenses.
