Jeena Huneidi 1f891df091 Exit on error for .pipeline/dev_prereq.sh ... Make sure the script exits if there is an error to avoid publishing broken images. As a temporary fix, change submodule update --init to depth 10 because the submodule might be at a commit not present in the shallow clone.
