vladshapik 1ae8e89eb5 Hard deprecate LinkCache::addGoodLinkObj
LinkCache::addGoodLinkObj was hard deprecated.
Use addGoodLinkObjFromRow() instead. PHPUnit tests
must use LinkCacheTestTrait::addGoodLinkObject().
