C. Scott Ananian 1c0089772d [HtmlInputTransformHelper] Use ParserOutputAccess ... One step in gradually replacing uses of ParsoidOutputAccess with ParserOutputAccess. This is mostly just inlining the code from ParsoidOutputAccess (which already uses ParserOutputAccess internally) and then removing dead code.
