C. Scott Ananian a565e388f9 Move ParsoidOutputAccess::supportsContentModel() into Parsoid SiteConfig ... The `supportsContentModel` method is really querying Parsoid for the set of content models it supports, so it makes sense to put it in the Parsoid-specific SiteConfig service.
