Happy-melon c80535ae10 Stop stubbing $wgLang and $wgContLang. There are no major code paths which do not call either $wgLang or $wgContLang at least once. All index.php calls unstub $wgContLang from MediaWiki::parseTitle() except in the edgecase of viewing pages referenced only by "curid=123", and since those will end up calling OutputPage::output() they will eventually be unstubbed at some point as well. All calls through load.php unstub $wgLang in ResourceLoaderContext::getLanguage() from ResouceLoader::respond() --> ResourceLoader::preloadModuleInfo(). All calls through api.php unstub $wgContLang in ApiResult::cleanUpUTF8() from ApiMain::printResult().

The unit tests for MediaWiki are implemented using the PHPUnit testing
framework and require PHPUnit to run.

Some of the unit tests are DESTRUCTIVE and WILL ALTER YOUR WIKI'S CONTENTS.

DO NOT RUN THESE TESTS ON A PRODUCTION SYSTEM OR ON ANY SYSTEM WHERE YOU NEED
TO RETAIN YOUR DATA.

If PHPUnit is not installed, follow the installation instructions in the
PHPUnit Manual at:

== Running tests ==

The tests are run from your operating system's command line.

Ensure that you are in the tests/phpunit directory of your MediaWiki
installation.


On Unix-like operating systems, the tests runs are controlled with a makefile.
Run command:

  make help

for a full list of options for running tests.


On Windows-family operating systems, run the 'run-tests.bat' batch file.
