* One less entry point to worry about
* Completely obsolete by load.php and api.php
* Left $wgDebugRawPage in place, also affects load.php requests (docs already reflect)
* Affects dumpHTML (probably broken anyway, has anyone RL-ified this?), and two abandoned/obsolete extensions
