Revert the dbname -> dbName part of r90430. dbname actually dates back to r32578 and is referenced in the documentation for $wgDBservers, so it can't be easily changed. We can still kill tablename though, it's not too late.

Fixes for URL expanding in CSSMin: adjust the offset correctly (this could've theoretically resulted in very strange bugs) and only call wfExpandUrl() if available (the file is in includes/libs so it should work outside of MediaWiki)

Followup to r91608: reduce impact of bug 29784 (high jsmin+ memory usage during parsing) by skipping JS validation on modules backed by files. Unless you're developing them, these will usually be stable, and large individual files like the pre-bundled jQuery can hit memory limits much sooner than we like.

libxml >= 2.7.3 ha a 10mb cap on the size of a text node and the LIBXML_PARSEHUGE lets us override that, needed for lucid since there are a few revs in the db larger than that limit

$wgUploadNavigationUrl should be used for file redlinks if $wgUploadMissingFileUrl is not set. The first was used for this until the second was introduced in r69997 (1.17). According to the comments there it was broken in 1.16 but as far as I tested it worked in 1.16. In any case, the old behavior should be restored as most WMF wikis have set wgUploadNavigationUrl but not wgUploadMissingFileUrl.

Refactor MessageBlobStore::updateModule() to remove the multi-language update behavior. Instead of updating all language's blobs at once, it now only updates the requested language. This, in combination with the bug fixed in r89001, was what caused the UploadWizard timeouts on the cluster

Refactor the factory/i18n/list/etc static methods from SpecialPage into their own class; there's no reason we need to be parsing them in every single SpecialPage subclass. Leave all the methods as stubs in SpecialPage.php; if we required PHP 5.3 they could be replaced by a a __callStatic() magic method, but that doesn't work on PHP 5.2.
