Add explicit MW_DOCKER_PORT settings to the `environment` data for the mediawiki and mediawiki-web services. Both services had existing configuration referencing a MW_DOCKER_PORT variable, but some docker-compose compatible runtimes were ignoring this envvar without it also being explicitly mapped in the environment data.
