* Update extensions/Math from branch 'REL1_43'

- Merge "Move mhchem functions to texutil.json" into REL1_43
- Move mhchem functions to texutil.json
Instead of using a dedicated mhchem_rendering we use callback
as a group. By doing so the nested if-statement in BaseMethods
can be removed step by step.
