Jon Robson 4435b36f72 Update interface message defaults for all skins ... The old legacy skins are retained for now, for skins that may be using them directly. The new message keys are programmatically mapped from existing keys here and in Vector. See https://gist.github.com/jdlrobson/df7f989ff385d74b1331305119dd9aa3 for the script that added them.
