Aaron Schulz e2b03d5d30 objectcache: add BagOStuff::deleteMulti() method for consistency 
Also:
* Make the BagOStuff tests actually pass for memcached and sql
* Add more unit tests for BagOStuff
* Make SqlBagOStuff::add() more atomic
