Nikki Nikkhoui 5fb9e95b22 Mark potential abstract classes stable for subclassing 
Going through some more abstract classes in core, and
marking those that are extended by extensions as
stable.

I have limited knowledge on the uses of these classes so
marking for vibisility/review.
