daniel a9ba533bd7 Config: Mark MainPageIsDomainRoot official ... The MainPageIsDomainRoot setting has been supported since 1.34, time to remove the "experimental" marker. Note that this setting was never marked as experimental in the documentation: <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgMainPageIsDomainRoot>.
