Bartosz Dziewoński 4aebcfe097 Change more uses of getDBLoadBalancerFactory() to getConnectionProvider() 
Some less trivial cases. Also update variable names.

This doesn't really change anything, but I hope it helps promote
getConnectionProvider() as the common way to do this.
