daniel 32cd11d786 Fix TextPassDumperDatabaseTest to work with 0.11 schema
TextPassDumper actually works, but the test needs updating.

This does NOT add tests to assert that revisions with multiple slots
get dumped correctly. This will be done in a follow-up.
