Parser tests are run using our PHPUnit test suite in tests/phpunit:

 $ cd tests/phpunit
 ./phpunit.php --group Parser

You can optionally filter by title using --regex. I.e. :

 ./phpunit.php --group Parser --regex="Bug 6200"
