- allows for cleanly overriding host exposed port - easier to override XDebug settings - easier setup for Linux hosts When wikimedia/fresh is updated with https://github.com/wikimedia/fresh/pull/18, we can simplify the Selenium / API testing instructions too (removing the `export` statements).
