Arlo Breault fdd8f864b8 Emit media structure as piloted in Parsoid ... Gated behind the flag $wgParserEnableLegacyMediaDOM. The scattershot usage of it is a little unfortunate but isn't expected to live very long so maybe that's acceptable.
