Isabelle Hurbain-Palatin 69b9733bce Use stripParsoidIds from Parsoid 
Now that use Ib263439ae221232ffe0902a0c58d155402fb7a17 is merged,
we can use it instead of keeping it in ParsoidLocalizationTest.
It solves the issue pointed out in
I7da0823d4686238003579afe425a635541e9baf6.
