Umherirrender a4caa4d0c6 build: Updating mediawiki/mediawiki-codesniffer to 22.0.0 
Added spaces around .
Removed empty return statement which are not required
Removed return after phpunit markTestIncomplete,
which is throwing to exit the test, no need for a return
