daniel 4f0da43cee PageBundleParserOutputConverter: don't mutate original ParserOutput ... This an issue introduced by I8711a51fc1bcac48, which caused duplicate variant conversion to be applied in some cases. The reason is that the $parserOutput and $processedParserOutput fields in HtmlOutputRendererHelper ended up being the same object.
