VFormHTMLForm is only ever used when the display format "vform" is used in HTMLForm and that only happens in LoginSignupSpecialPage.php The LoginSignupSpecialPage calls suppressDefaultSubmit and never makes use of buttons or a reset or cancel button which means this code never gets invoked, and always returns empty string so lets remove it Bug: T182050 Change-Id: I9d7989de71c3e77c636da89a6330c3f4173397af
