Ended up using
grep -Prl '\->setMethods\(' . | xargs sed -r -i 's/setMethods\(/onlyMethods\(/g'
special-casing setMethods( null ) -> onlyMethods( [] )
and then manual fix of failing test (from PS2 onwards).
