vladshapik e991dff925 Hard-deprecate AbstractBlock::getTargetAndType() and getTarget() ... Replace all uses of AbstractBlock::getTarget with Block ::getTargetName and ::getTargetUserIdentity. Create AbstractBlockTest and two test cases for AbstractBlock::getTarget and ::getTargetAndType. It tests triggering of the deprecation warning.
