Add clarifying comments to several Messages*.php file that were added only in order to support RTL content. They will be useful for avoiding confusion about the expected level of support and also about the absence of those languages from Names.php. Also clean up autonyms for: * Pulaar: use only Adlam, as in the Wikimedia Incubator, for which this file was created. * Ladino: Use the same name as used on translatewiki. * Pothwari: Use just one name, which is used in the Wikimedia Incubator, and remove a space.
