Derick Alangi b6b335b183 tests: Migrate MediaWiki settings to overrideConfig...() 
Also, make use of MainConfigNames constants where necessary like in
HashConfig map.

NOTE: Since `wgConf` is not a setting, keep using `setMwGlobals()`
  in this case.
