The `loaderScripts` feature of ResourceLoaderFileModule was removed without replacement a while ago. Use of it would no longer work correctly and should result in a test failure. The `position` property was also removed, but made no functional change to behaviour. Update its documentation to clarify that it is no longer used (it is simply no longer needed).
