* Update extensions/DiscussionTools from branch 'REL1_43'
to 3af0166f131a8147c05c1045df3edfbc51690172
- Add signature range markers to the DOM
Without these, the client side code is unable to
extract comment message bodies. In theory there can
be multiple signatures in one comment, but in practice
we only care about the last one.

MediaWiki
MediaWiki is a free and open-source wiki software package written in PHP. It serves as the platform for Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia projects, used by hundreds of millions of people each month.
