Amir Sarabadani fe6ff91134 Migrate image table to abstract schema
For MySQL/Sqlite:
 - Change datatype of img_name from "varchar() binary" to varbinary.
 - Drop default of img_timestamp

For Postgres:
 - Adding two missing indexes.
 - Renaming two indexes
 - Setting default value for five fields
 - Fix data type of four fields
 - Drop default of img_metadata
 - Make three fields not nullable
