3b4ab27a80 Add topic to various debugging modules 
Found a few modules that can more or less only be used for debugging
which were missing the "Debugging" topic. Add Debugging topic to:

 - attachments/anchor_arrow
 - attachments/anchor_arrow2d
 - attachments/expose_anchors
 - attachments/frame_ref
 - attachments/generic_airplane
 - attachments/show_anchors
 - attachments/show_transform_list
 - drawing/debug_polygon
 - geometry/show_plane

414036c101 fix VNF rounding bugs; fix bug where chamfers/roundings were measured 
relative to corners instead of facets, which resulted in distorted
