This does not set 'db' as the cache type so that admins can still
easily set the cache directory to use the file-based cdb system.
If they do not, then at least the second DB file will be used to
avoid heavy contention.

This is more consistent with LoadBalancer, modern, and inclusive
of master/master mysql, NDB cluster, and MariaDB galera cluster.
The old constant is an alias now.
